1st edition, 1931, without Dustjacket.

The boards have marks and the spine is darkened with age and has minor wrinkling (usual for this title).  Binding is good but the boards are detaching from the main block of the book. Pages have some foxing, mainly confined to the page edges. The book has a slight lean.

Overall, a good book that is becoming hard to find in a First Edition.
